Booking balance / remaining payment (KWRP-217): total cost, paid to date, the outstanding balance and (when known) the date it is due. Render-only. The balance is Travel Box-dynamic and its source is a §4 open question — the caller passes it in from the `getBookingBalance` seam and omits this section entirely when there is no balance.
